The San Fernando Valley Chapter of APICS is proud to present our upcoming plant tour of local 3D Printing Design and Manufacturer, Solid Concepts, in Valencia, CA. You will see innovative ways this new technology is being used and a variety of applications and materials that can now be utilized in this low volume manufacturing process. You may even think of ways this amazing process can be used in your company!

We’re looking forward to seeing you on November 13th at 5:30 p.m. The address is 28309 Ave Crocker, Valencia, CA 91355. Your tour will begin promptly at 5:30 p.m.

Here are some guidelines to help create the best possible experience:

· Please contact APICS at [email protected] if you have any special requests or need any special accessibility accommodations. You should also notify that email address if you need to cancel or reschedule your tour. We’re here to help!

· Please arrive 15 minutes prior to our tour time.

· Please arrive early enough to use the restrooms prior to the start of the tour. 

· You may bring your keys, your wallet and your cellphone on the tour. Please leave all other personal items at home or in your car, including bags, purses, briefcases, backpacks, pocketbooks, and binoculars. 

· No cameras or other video equipment are allowed on the tour, although you may bring your cellphone so long as you do not use it to take pictures or videos.

· No food or drink is permitted on the tour and all participants must be free from the influence of alcohol or drugs during the tour.

· IMPORTANT: All guests must wear flat, closed-toe and closed-heel shoes (No sandals or high heels). We recommend wearing comfortable shoes/sneakers.

· Please stay with your tour guide, remain within the designated walkways or areas, refrain from touching any equipment or machinery, and follow the instructions of the tour guide at all times.
