Conducting Time Studies and Line Balancing

May 18, 2018 - half day seminar from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Seminar on how to perform time studies and balancing of a manufacturing line. Using time study data, participants will be able to predict production rates and productivity levels with different line staffing levels.

Raising the Bar on Supply Chain Management

The APICS San Fernando Valley Chapter is offering CPIM, CSCP and Principles courses with partners Professional Development Center and College of the Canyons.  In House classes are available for companies who have multiple departments who need instructor based training.  Courses and seminars on Lean, Cycle Counting and Inventory Management are all delivered by APICS recognized instructors.

For those who have been working on their CPIM certification under the 5 course program referred to as the legacy program, take note of the following key dates:
Jun 30, 2018   Last day to purchase MPR, DSP, ECO, SMR exam credits, ATTs, courseware and study tools
Dec 15, 2018   Last day to purchase exam retakes
Dec 31, 2018   Last day to take MPR, DSP, ECO and SMR exams
