SFV Execution and Control of Operations

CPIM class - 10 weeks on Tuesday from 3/7/2017 through 5/9/2017 Instructor: Jim Strong, CPIM, CSCP

Candidates taking Execution and Control of Operations (ECO) focus on the areas of prioritizing and sequencing work, executing work plans and implementing controls, reporting activity results, and providing evaluating feedback on performance. The course explains techniques for scheduling and controlling production processes, the execution of quality initiatives and continuous improvement plans, and the control and handling of inventories. Review courses are not for self-study but must be facilitated by an instructor in a classroom review course.
